I know how easy it is to wake up already behind—jumping from bed straight into breakfast requests, email pings, and the never-ending to-do list.
 
But lately, I’ve been experimenting with this one shift:
A slow, intentional morning moment.
Not an hour-long routine. Not a productivity sprint.
Just 10–15 minutes of stillness that fills me before I start pouring into everyone else.
 
Here are a few simple ideas you can try this week:
5 minutes of prayer, gratitude or quiet journaling
Reading one verse or mantra aloud
Drinking your morning drink outside—phone-free
Writing down 3 things you’re grateful for
 
No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.
 
Because when you start your day from a place of peace, everything else feels more manageable.
